KVKK Clarification Text

This Clarification Text has been prepared by **NDS Teknoloji San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (worldvoice.ai)** as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698, to inform our users about the purposes of processing their personal data, recipients of data transfers, methods of data collection, and their legal rights.

1. Personal Data Processed

The following personal data is processed when applying for worldvoice.ai services or using the platform:

• Identity and Contact Information: First name, last name, email address, phone number.
• Call Records: Voice recordings and text transcripts of the telephone calls made through our AI voice assistant.
• Transaction Security Information: IP address, log records, and user dashboard access details.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the law for the following purposes:

• Receiving customer requests, booking appointments in calendars, and providing call center integration.
• Preparing voice assistant performance reports and call analysis on the platform.
• Developing software, network security, and system infrastructure, as well as detecting unauthorized usage.
• Meeting official information requests, invoicing, and legal notices.

3. Transfer of Processed Data

Your personal data may be transferred to the following parties within the framework of KVKK Articles 8 and 9:

• To our official cloud partner **Hostinger** server infrastructures (safely and encrypted) to ensure uninterrupted services.
• To integrated third-party systems such as CRM, Google Calendar, or Outlook connected by our users to their accounts.
• To legally authorized public institutions and judicial authorities in line with legal obligations.

4. Method and Legal Reason of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected via application forms on our website, user dashboards, voice recording logs, and API connections through fully or partially automated methods. The legal reason for processing is that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and that the data controller can fulfill its legal obligations (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç).

5. Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11

As a data subject, you can use the following rights by applying to info@ndsteknoloji.com:

• Find out if your personal data is processed,
• Request information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately,
• Know third parties to whom personal data is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
• Request correction if personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately,
• Request deletion or destruction of your personal data.
